Viper ultimate side button issue

So Im trying to bind the right side buttons in right handed mode. Im playing warzone and want to bind right side button 5 to F. I assign the button but in game when I press it it is bound as right mouse click.

    Bump. My newly purchased Razer Viper Ultimate is also insisting on right side-buttons functioning as Right Click. If I set it to Lefthanded mode, they start registering as Left Click instead. Trying to reach Razer Support regarding it. @secretheadCoolGrey632 did you have any luck with yours? EDIT: Embarrassingly, I could very well have been pressing the far right edge of the RMB instead of the side buttons, without looking at my fingers on my mouse. Leaving this message here for posterity.

    Was everything covered? Have you tried resetting your mouse via the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings? If it won't let you bind, try to perform a clean reinstallation and see if it helps. Otherwise, send me a PM including your device's serial number that starts with "SN". Let's continue from there.
