I have a viper ultimate and the wire works as does the charging dock, however the mouse itself doesn’t work wirelessly or when plugged in with the provided cable, the only sign of life is the dpi button flashes green. I have tried to update firmware and delete old drivers and reinstall synapse and all normal suggestions. On synapse it says that the mouse is switched off even though i have the mouse switched to on.
