Viper Ultimate Unable Connect to PC
My mice can't be recognize by my PC, also tried on macOS nothing shows up, even when I plug in usb cable. And the DPI led keeps blue light flashing. No damage on anything, it just refuse to work one day.

jamesfujy1229When did the issue start? Were there any changes made to your device/system before the issue? Have you tried connecting the mouse to another Windows-operated computer and check if the issue persists? Ensure you are connected directly to your computer's USB port, not on a hub.
