Hi!
Yesterday I was using my mouse wirelessly without any issues, however today the mouse wouldn’t work without being connected by wire. I tried reconnecting the dongle by using the tool found on the website (but the process keeps failing). I’ve tried updating the firmware but that stops working at 40% and then it tells me to update again. Tried that multiple times without any different outcome. Tried plugging it into multiple different usb ports.
I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Do I need a new dongle? I haven’t seen any that are in stock for my specific model.
I hope I don’t have to get a replacement since it was working fine yesterday and nothing happened to it since.
