Hello, I don't know if it's normal but my one week RVU do noise when I scroll up like this video. Don't know if it's normal, I love this mouse but I feel that there is a lot of QC issues and for this price it's annoying...

The difference in sound is definitely not normal. Did you record this clip? If so, then you will want to get a replacement. Send me the serial number should you want to take the RMA route so I can submit a warranty claim on your behalf. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
