Viper Ultimate wireless dongle failing — replacement availability?

Hi Razer Support,

I have a Razer Viper Ultimate Quartz (RZ01-03050) whose wireless USB dongle appears to be failing.

The mouse works normally when connected by USB, but in wireless mode it repeatedly freezes for several seconds and then resumes. I have reproduced the issue on two different computers and multiple USB ports, both directly connected and through the supplied dongle extender.

I have also updated both the mouse and dongle to the latest firmware. In the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility, the wireless dongle repeatedly appears and disappears, which seems to indicate that the receiver itself is disconnecting from USB.

Could Razer Support please let me know whether a compatible replacement Viper Ultimate wireless dongle is available?

    It does seem that the dongle might already be defective. Can you send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse together with your location/country so I can verify it in our system and check our inventory?
