My Viper Ultimate suddenly stopped working properly in wireless mode. It freezes frequently for a sec or so. It appeared during a game session but is also present on desktop.
Did a PC restart, turned Synapse off, re-installed drivers and synapse, updated firmware, paired with dongle via paring tool from Razer.
It seems related to the USB dongle. Wired mode is working.
Please advice.
