Viper Ultimate Wireless left click problem

Hi all, I have received the new mouse just yesterday [Model No RC30-030501] but unluckily it presents some problems with the left mouse button while the right mouse button is smoooth and crisp, the left mouse button presents a "ghosted" first-stage-pressure-click that does not trigger any signal, then, if you press more, you finally get your left click this first-stage ghosted-click also triggers an annoying feeling of mechanical scratching/rubbing inside the mechanism of the left mouse button, and a distinctive sound is emitted during its execution this behavior is not random, and happens 100% of the time the left mouse button is pressed I bought the mouse from the online Razer EU store, I would really appreciate if you could guide me into getting a replacement unit. Thanks
