Viper Ultimate won't charge by any method.

Hi everyone.

I've got a 2 year old Viper Ultimate (so of course it's out of warranty) that has decided it will no longer charge.

I have tried every method listed by Razer support (firmware updates, different USB ports etc.) but nothing has worked so far. Synapse shows the mouse as charging and it breathes as if its charging, but the battery percent never increases.

Has anyone experienced something like this before? I assume the mouse battery itself is gone bad but that's very disappointing to hear it conks out a few months after the warranty is up.
