Viper Ultimate won't turn on

I've got my Viper Ultimate around february this year, and after a few months the battery started draining quicker and quicker everytime, I asked for a replacement but I wouldn't get it because Razer won't ship to Brazil.

Around 20 days after asking for that replacement, and, whilst plugged to the cable, the mouse simply went off, for no reason at all.

I've tried every step of the troubleshooting provided by Razer, nothing worked. After finishing my contact with support, they directed me to a brazilian specific support, but they haven't answered ever since I started the request a week ago.

SOS, help me bring my mouse back to life.
