My Razer Viper V2 Pro wireless dongle suddenly stopped being detected.
The dongle was not lost and shows no external physical damage.
I tested multiple USB ports and another computer — it is not detected at the system level.
The mouse works normally in wired mode.
I understand the product is out of warranty and I am willing to pay for a replacement wireless dongle.
Please advise the paid replacement process.
