Dongle just died like many others. Mouse works when plugged in but nothing recognized the dongle, as if it doesn't exist. Ive tried 2 other PC’s and the device detection tool plus many restarts. The only thing I havent tried is the oven trick ive seen online. Could I please get a replacement before I bake this piece of junk like a cake?
