I have been using my Viper V2 Pro for a while now, and out of nowhere, the dongle ahs stopped working. The mouse still works perfectly fine when it is wired. I have tried using the hyperspeed firmware but the dongle doesnt show up. The mouse is still covered by Razer’s Warranty. I was wondering if it is possible for me to receive a replacement mouse and dongle.

Thanks for alerting us about this. Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible try it also on a different computer. Feel free to reach out via PM along with your mouse’s serial number if you need further assistance.
