I bought product 1 or 2 year ago.
Just today my mouse is not working properly , i did not use synapse i deleted software couple months ago.
While using , mouse disconnect with pc for 3 or 5 sec and after 3 or 5 sec mouse connect again .
It is happening randomly even if I connect my mouse with usb cable.
I tried update software for mouse so I downloaded latest software and I started program , even during updating software it crashes , went to 25% and my mouse disconnect.
I noticed other things like button under mouse for changing dpi or turning off doesnt work properly sometimes work sometimes doesnt work.
I wonder what can be reason for this .
Should I cleanup every posible files from my pc I try reinstal again , if so is there any way to do this like program to unnistal all software from razer , I dont want to check appdata or any deeper files .
