Hi all,
Updated to latest firmware and facing very strange issue with battery life. If I power off the mouse in the evening the battery drains about 80% overnight (with mouse powered off). If I leave mouse on and let it enter sleep mode, the battery level remains the same.
Without powering off the mouse battery lasts 8-10 days, if I power it off in the evening it will be dead next day...
Contacted support, offered 2 options - replace the mouse or wait for the next firmware.
v1.02.03_r1 was released on July 6/2022, and support was not able to give me any info regarding when next update is about to drop.
Is there any way to downgrade FW to older one?
Any info on when next FW update is scheduled?

Hi,
I managed to downgrade mine using FW you provided and this YT guide:
Video is for Viper 8K but worked for my V2 Pro.
Mouse works fine on v1.01.01_r1 FW, Synapse is showing notification about update available.
Powered off mouse after update with 47% battery, I will report back in ~10 hours if FW downgrade resolved my issue.
With v1.02.03_r1 mouse would be at 0% after ~8 hours.

After 8 hours off, still at 47%. So downgrade fixed it for me.
