Viper v2 Pro battery stuck at 0%

Hello, I recently bought a second hand viper v2 pro, where the seller said it was a new mouse, and when I tested it on my pc, the battery on synapse won’t go up more than 0%. Is there any possible fixes to this problem?

did u purchase it with the original dongle? or the 4k one? And if original cant connect wirelessly does it work still wired?

For me I realized when connected in (Wired) mode with the mouse powered off it would display the battery as 0% in the software. It wasn’t till I actually powered on the mouse that it would start displaying the amount of battery I have left.

Hadn’t used my Razer Viper V2 for a while and forgot I had powered it off. But apparently the mouse still functions (Wired) although powered off.

It wasn’t till I powered on the mouse to use it wirelessly that I noticed that the battery % would show up properly.
