My viper v2 pro's bluetooth isn't connecting, and when it does, it doesn't stay connected for 5 minutes and disconnects. I've already updated the drivers and followed razer's own tutorial and it didn't work, can you help me?

+1It’s not bluetooth :)
Have you tried to plug it in different USB port (preferred USB 3.0). Also when it’s disconnecting can you check is it still visible in windows device manager?
