Viper V2 Pro Broken Dongle/Block

The mouse was working fine until a few days ago where the dongle just stopped connecting to my computer. It still detects the mouse and works when plugged into wired/charging mode, but when I swap to the wireless mode the computer no longer detects the device and doesn’t work. The mouse is fully up to date with firmware and the dongle doesn’t connect so I can’t update, but I assume it’s also up to date.

I understand that you are having issues with your Razer Viper V2 Pro. No worries, I'm here to help!

 

Please try to check if your dongle is detected in your Device Manager. Try plugging the dongle directly into the computer, and not into a USB hub. If it's already plugged directly into the computer, try a different USB port. If the issue persists, please send me a PM with your serial number so I can check on my end and explore a potential solution.
