Viper V2 Pro – dead wireless dongle, looking for a replacement (Croatia)

Hi,

The wireless dongle for my Razer Viper V2 Pro has stopped working. It isn't detected by the PC at all: no connection sound and nothing in Device Manager, on any USB port, with or without the extender. The mouse works fine wired, and the mouse firmware and Synapse are up to date.

The mouse is out of warranty (bought in Oct 2023), but I'd like to know if you have a replacement dongle in stock that I could get, and at what cost. I'm located in Croatia and can send my serial number via PM.

I understand that the wireless dongle for your Razer Viper V2 Pro is no longer being detected by your PC, regardless of which USB port or extender you use, while it functions normally when connected via wired mode.
