Hello, I hope you are having a good day. I've been a Razer product user for about 3 months, I can't remember exactly. My problem started the same day I bought/used the mouse and continues;
After using the dongle for the classic 2.4ghz receiver of the Viper V2 PRO model, I charge the mouse, but when I plug the cable into the dongle again, the mouse does not move. While this is happening, the mouse appears to be connected in the Razer application and its charge status is shown as a percentage and sometimes it is shown as 0%, but after a while it gets better again.
At the same time, the light on the scroll part of the mouse gives a signal by flashing white, but no matter what I do while the computer is on, I cannot solve this problem. To resolve the situation, I need to restart the computer while the mouse is in wireless state.
I think the reason why the mouse sometimes shows 0% is to prevent damage to the battery when the mouse is wired charging, and it shows this status as Red*0% to the application, but I don't think the real problem is related to this. The real problem is what I mentioned above. I hope you can help.
I'm on hold
Solved
Viper V2 PRO doesn't connect after unplugging charging cable.

Hi,
Have you tried it on a different PC? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work, then you can send me a message via PM along with your Razer Viper V2 Pro’s serial number so I can provide isolation steps to know why you’re having connection issues.
