Hi RubyurbanTIGERSEYE801,

I understand you’re experiencing issues with your Razer Viper V2 Pro, which is not functioning wirelessly despite trying on multiple devices and attempting to power it on. Are there any error messages or notifications when trying to connect the mouse wirelessly? Please perform the troublehsooting steps below to isolate the issue.

  1. Ensure that the mouse is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB cable and allow it to charge for a while.
  2. Turn off the mouse and then turn it back on. This action can sometimes reset the wireless connection.
  3. Verify Windows is up to date.
  4. Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.
  5. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged into the device. Try using different USB ports to see if that helps.
  6. Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.
  7. Ensure that your device's operating system and drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can cause connectivity issues.
  8. If possible, try connecting the mouse wirelessly to a different device to see if the issue persists.
  9. Download and run the Pairing Utility for your mouse. If your device is not listed, skip this step.
  10. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.
  11. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
  12. Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.

If the problem persist, feel free to PM me with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement option. Take care and all the best!
