i reached out about the same problem afew months ago and the conclusion we can to was that the dongle is dead and i needed a preplacement. This was when my mouse was still in warrenty but i couldnt get the replacement part since i brought the mouse in japan while i live in new zealand. The warrenty was now expired but i would still like to buy a replacement part. I’ve tried looking for the :

but i can’t find anywhere that sells it.
If my wireless mode can be fixed here is a list of things ive tried with the razer support last time.
used mouse with dongle, used mouse with dongle (no adapter), used different usb ports, plugged into different device, hyperspeed pariing utility app ( the dongle wasnt detected) and probably more which i have forgotten.
