Hey Razer,

im unable to create a support ticket.

My WiFi dongle stopped working and im unable to connect it again.

What can i do?

I'm sorry to hear about the Razer Viper V2 Pro wireless dongle not being detected. Does the problem persist across multiple PCs? To isolate the problem, please try to use the Razer USB Hyperspeed dongle utility here.
