My Viper V2 Pro worked perfectly for about 5 months but then the dongle stopped working suddenly out of nowhere. The only way my mouse works now is when it is plugged in wired. I was wondering if I would be able to get a replacement dongle and bluetooth usb. Thank you!

Pls do something on this, i buy viper v2 pro mouse and suddenly after months of using this mouse doesn’t work anymore. is there replacement for this?
