Viper V2 Pro Dongle

My dongle for the viper v2 pro suddenly stopped working. The mouse works with the USB port but when I plug in the dongle, it connects for a few seconds then disconnects. I also mainly use the dongle in the wireless dock and have that plugged in. I tried the troubleshoot methods and checking for software updates and it still doesn’t want to work. Are they any other methods that would possible work to make my dongle responsive?

I'm sorry to hear about your Razer Viper V2 Pro having a dongle connection issue. Was this working fine before? When did the issue start occurring? To further isolate the problem, please try to plug in your mouse to a different computer that doesn’t have Razer Synapse installed. Make sure that you are directly plugging in your device to a USB port on your PC and not to a USB hub. Also, try to re-pair the device using the USB HyperSpeed dongle utility here.  Should you have any other concerns, PM me your mouse serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for warranty validation.
