I’ve just started my pc and suddenly my mouse isn’t connecting wirelessly anymore. The light on the mouse flashes white and attempts to connect. I’ve used the dongle with the holder since buying (had to return 2 mices before, as the dongle would die within the first 2 days). I’ve tried to remove drivers and download synapse, but doesn’t show up on device manager anymore. Is there any other methods to try to see if the dongle is dead?

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you test your mouse on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Try to connect the USB wireless dongle directly to the USB port. Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
