viper v2 pro dongle keep disconnecting

Hi

my razer viper  v2 pro dongle keep disconnecting recently specially and immediately when i’m playing game.when i use cable there is no problem with the mouse but when  connect it to my laptop with dongle and press the mouse keys the mouse’s light blink for 2-3 seconds but  no connection happen.

even when i connect the dongle to dongle adaptor there is no responce and connection.also when my laptop or mouse go to sleep problems occure in the same way.

i uninstall and reinstall the synapse 3 but still the same problems remain.please help me with these problems.for me it realy unexpected from razer.

p.s:i live in iran.don’t know whether you have agency in iran or not.

    Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also reinstall its drivers and update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
