I bought the Razer Viper V2 about 2 month ago, my issue is dongle not work.

And I have replacement it about last 2 week, but now the dongle not working again...



So now I need contact the support team again.. but I am afraid of the dongle issuu happen again and again.

Is anyone like me?
Is the dongle available in windows device manager, when you connect it?

Also be sure, that it's connected directly to USB 3.0 port (or above) of your motherboard, avoiding USB hubs or ports on PC case.

Sorry to hear about your device's ongoing concern. Have you tried using the Razer Moues Pairing utility? Also, ensure that your Razer Viper V2 Pro's firmware is updated to v2.03.00_r1.
