My razer viper v2 pro dongle or usb wireless stopped working, not detecting in window device manager, tested in other computer still doesnt show up, wired connection working fine, can anyone help me with this issue? i also tried firm ware update but couldn’t do the wireless one since it’s not detected and also did the pairing thing before.
