Viper v2 pro dongle not working

I recently bought a brand new Razer Viper V2 pro and my dongle doesn’t work the mouse works perfectly fine with wired connection but when I swiched to wireless dongle doesn’t connect to the mouse tested it on 2 different computers but still doesn’t work. Hopefully this issue gets resolved since I noticed that alot of people are having the same issues as me. The issue persist and still not working I tried connecting the dongle to all the usb ports of my computer and still doesn’t work. My device serial number is (removed SN) and model number is RZ01-04390200
