Hello, my dongle stopped working a while ago, after firmware update. I think the warranty has expired, but since the problem with dongle has been kinda huge is there anything you could do?

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
