Good afternoon, I’m contacting you because I’m having an issue with the wireless dongle of my Razer Viper V2 Pro. This afternoon, while I was using the mouse, the receiver suddenly stopped working. I’ve tested it on several different computers at home, and the mouse works perfectly when connected via cable, but the dongle is not detected on any PC. The mouse was purchased in March 2022, so it is still under warranty. I would like to know what steps I need to follow to get a replacement dongle sent to me.
