The HyperSpeed dongle of my Viper V2 Pro stopped working. I tried different USB ports and another PC, and nothing happens. The mouse still works fine wired, so it's just the dongle.
I bought the mouse on Amazon.nl on 30 October 2023 and I still have the invoice. I'm in the Netherlands.
Could you check if you have a replacement dongle in stock for my region?
