Good Morning Insiders.
So I had my Viper V2 Pro for only 3 Months now and it stopped working. It just died in the middle of a game without giving me a warning that its low %. I can not charge it up, not directly through a USB port at my PC and also not through a extern cable. Theres no light, nothing. Razer Synapse cant find it either if its plugged in or not.
I tried to update the firmware aswell but even there it is not finding my mouse. I restarted my PC about 10 times, not working. I uninstalled the drivers and they got reinstalled, still not working.
I would love to know why it is like that. My mouse cant be broken after only 3 months out of nowhere in the middle of a game, right?

Things can happen. I’d just RMA it.
Can I do that without the dilvery box?
