Viper V2 Pro just doesn't m1. It does everything else but left click.

Hi, yesterday night, while playing Overwatch and in a comp game, my Viper V2 Pro decided to just stop clicking. For no apparent reason at all. I have tried to see what was wrong, repaired synapse, reinstalled drivers, and even factory resetting it. But it just doesnt want to click. It is only 2 months old. Does anyone have any solutions?

  1. Use a can of compressed air to carefully clean around the mouse buttons. There might be debris interfering with the clicking mechanism.

  2. Try using the mouse with Razer Synapse closed to see if it works without the software running. This can help isolate the issue.

  3. Since you've already tried a factory reset, ensure all connections are secure and the USB port is functioning correctly. Testing on another computer can also rule out PC-specific issues.
