My razer viper v2 pro I believe died, so I charged it up to 100% using the wired cord and when I unplug the wired cord, my viper v2 pro disappears from synapse, just blinks lights when the sensor detects something, and cursor disappears from my screen (not detecting or anything) What can I do to fix this? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, updating synapse, restarting pc, waiting overnight, uninstalling riot vanguard, different usb slots, I mean what’s going on? If I try to update the firmware on my mouse and select “mouse and usb dongle” It won’t let me update, no matter when I plug in the dongle or where. When I update just the mouse it says there is no update required.
