Viper v2 Pro not turing on

So I am an owner of the Viper V2 Pro mouse. I was playing a game and it suddenly turned off. I thought “Okay, maybe the battery is just low” So i plugged it in directly to the power socket. When I decided that i have charged it enough i unplugged it, and now it doesn’t want to turn on. I am pressing the dpi button for 3 secs and it doesn’t work. The light doesnt work either. Razer synapse software shows that it has 100% of the battery, but still the only solution is to plug it in the socket or directly to the pc. Otherwise it isn’t working. I know that there is another thread about this issue but i haven’t seen any solution. I downladed even the newest drivers and nothing works.
