I own a Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse. While I was playing a game, it suddenly shut off. I assumed the battery had run out, so I connected it directly to a power outlet. After charging it for a while, I unplugged it, but the mouse would no longer work wirelessly. I tried holding the DPI button for 3 seconds to turn it on, but nothing happened – the LED doesn’t light up either. In Razer Synapse, the battery shows 100% charge, yet the mouse only works when connected via cable to a power source or directly to the PC. I’ve already updated to the latest drivers, but the issue persists. I’m aware there’s another thread describing a similar problem, but I haven’t seen any actual fix for it.
