Viper v2 Pro not turning on

I own a Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse. While I was playing a game, it suddenly shut off. I assumed the battery had run out, so I connected it directly to a power outlet. After charging it for a while, I unplugged it, but the mouse would no longer work wirelessly. I tried holding the DPI button for 3 seconds to turn it on, but nothing happened – the LED doesn’t light up either. In Razer Synapse, the battery shows 100% charge, yet the mouse only works when connected via cable to a power source or directly to the PC. I’ve already updated to the latest drivers, but the issue persists. I’m aware there’s another thread describing a similar problem, but I haven’t seen any actual fix for it.

Hi firstWoodBrownbuzz930,

I understand that your Razer Viper V2 Pro has stopped working wirelessly. To help isolate the problem, please ensure that the USB dongle is properly connected to a functional USB port. You might want to try different ports to rule out any connectivity issues. Also, make sure to update your mouse firmware and use the pairing utility available here. If the same issue occurs, please send me a PM with your device's serial number so I can check for other workarounds. All the best!

This translates as:
The exact same thing happened to me. I think they messed up the new version of Razer Synapse, because it seems like a lot of people have had the same thing happen to them. I tried to see if it was the donge, but it wasn't either. I think they just messed up.

Hi Fighterbuitre,

What is the model of your Razer device? Have you tried updating its firmware or testing the mouse on a different PC? Please send me a PM with your device’s serial number and a list of the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far, so I can provide additional help. Let's continue our conversation in English to avoid misunderstandings. Thank you!
