Viper v2 pro not turning on anymore | Razer Insider

I bought my viper v2 pro almost one month ago from amazon. 

I was watching a twitch stream, so I didnt touch the mouse for a few minutes and it goes to stand by after 3-5 min and when I move it again it turns on and works fine usually.

But this time the mouse wont turn on anymore, pressing the power button on the bottom doesnt do a thing, the LED light doesnt light up anymore.

I have tried switching usb ports, charging the mouse with an other cable, than I tried to see if my phone will get charged by these cables and the cables were still charging so the issue is the mouse.

Just out of nowhere from working to leaving it alone for 5min to not working anymore at all.

I dont really thing this is any type of software issue since the mouse wont turn on at all even if it isnt plugged in anywhere and the battery was around 70-80% so that cant be the issue either.

Just return it to amazon, get a new one (replacement).
