Synapse is detecting my hyper-polling dongle, and it shows that it is linked to my v2 pro. But synapse is not detecting the v2 pro itself. Below are the trouble shooting steps Ive already taken

• updated drivers
• updated mouse firmware
• uninstalled everything Riot
• disabled antivirus
• restarted my PC countless times
• repaired synapse
• added antivirus exceptions to razer services

• 

I have avoided razer products for years because of the software issues. i dont want 15 different “apps” to manage my peripherals. i literally just want to change bindings and performance of my mouse/dongle.

Any help is appreciated, and if anyone knows of alternatives to synapse please let me know
