Viper V2 Pro totally not working

Hello sir,

I hope you are doing well.

My Viper V2 pro was suddenly not working recently. Basically, when I finished my game at about 6pm, I left and went to get some food. When I come back, it’s totally not working.

It can’t be turned on, can’t be used whether wireless or wired. Razer Synapse can’t detect it either. I tried different PCs and cables, nothing changed.

I bought it from AmazonUK this May and I can provide receipt if you want.

Could you help me to fix this please?

I have the same issue. It just suddenly stopped working.
