My viper v2 pro does not charge whatsoever. I have updated to synapse 4 and still the mouse is dead even though when I plug it. No light, no indication of charging or connecting and it’s just dead.

Thanks for alerting us about this. Have you tried a different cable? What about another power outlet? If that didn’t work, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
