Dear Razer;

I’ve been using my Razer V2 Pro mouse for about two years now, which I purchased through MercadoLibre. Up until recently, I haven't experienced any issues with it. However, earlier this year, the scroll wheel began showing signs of a detection malfunction — although that’s not my main concern.

Recently, the Synapse software prompted me to update the mouse’s firmware, as it was outdated. I proceeded with the update, but unfortunately, I misclicked during the process by clicking the wired mice option. Since then, the mouse no longer works wirelessly — it only functions when connected via cable, and the PC no longer detects the dongle.

I would like to know if there’s any possibility of a warranty exchange or if your support team could assist me in resolving this issue.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Best regards,
NicoleRock
