I bought the viper v2 pro overseas about a week ago and I have just now unboxed it. I've tried to connect the mouse wirelessly but it does work, when i plug the dongle into my pc it doesn't pick anything up and I've tried this on multiple other pcs and it still hasn't worked. contacted support and none of their suggestions have worked. If anyone else has experienced this what should I do?
