Hi there, my v2 pro was just working fine, no low battery signal or anything and randomly just stopped working, I left it to charge but I see no lights. I looked at the sensor and from inside the mouse there is a reddish glow, very faint.

I’m here to help. When did the issue start occurring? If you attempt to charge your mouse, does it show it’s charging or is the % stuck? Please try to perform the troubleshooting steps here.
