My mouse disconnecting and reconnecting for 1 sec after lifting up and down. So for one sec i am losing connection then reconnects when i move the mouse. Firmware is up to date. It is so frustrating when i am gaming.

I use Razer Basilisk Ultimate from 2021 and same for me. I tried unininstalling Synapse and re-install but still not working. Also I tried put the receiver on other laptop without any Synapse software installed with equal results. As you say disconnected every 1 second.
I think that maybe is a problem with battery because wired working well.

I have the same issue, first time it has happened to me with a mouse and it's really bad, also sometimes when I leave it off for a long time (12 hours or more) it takes like a minute to be detected by the program and work at all, 2 out of 10 purchase so far, have had it for less than 3 months
