Hi, my Viper v3 Hyperspeed mouse disconnects while I'm using it, and sometimes reconnects after a few seconds. Other times, the mouse won't reconnect, and I have to turn it off and then back on again. This is quite annoying when I'm gaming. I've already tried updating the Razer Synapse app, but it didn't work.
I tried conecting in another pc, in another port, but the mousse is still shoting down.
