Hello. I have been using the viper v3 hyperspeed model for almost 2 years. Suddenly, my macros stopped working and Razer Synapse must be running to use this fucntion error came up. I dont know why it says this, i’m already running synapse app. Any solutions?
-I updated my windows.
-reinstalled synapse app (removed all the files from Program Files and x86, local)
-started the app as administrator
-updated all my .NET Framework
-found and fixed missing .dll(s)
any solutions? Thanks.
