Viper V3 Hyperspeed pairing with hyperpolling dongle impossible

Hello,
I am unable to connect my Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse to my HyperPolling Dongle (which is listed as compatible in the documentation) purchased from the Razer Store.

I have read all the topics related to this issue and followed the various tutorials for pairing these two devices, but without success.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Both firmwares (mouse + hyperpolling dongle up to date)?

    Yes, both firmwares have been checked and are up to date.
